Meet Anthony Argondizza

Anthony is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., New Jersey's largest nonprofit senior housing organization.  Mr. Argondizza oversees the Springpoint continuum, which includes continuing care retirement, affordable housing, and home care services throughout New Jersey, serving over 4,400 residents and employing over 2,100 people in 28 communities.

Navigating the company along its growth path, Mr. Argondizza pursues business development opportunities and oversees the company's entire portfolio of senior housing and service brands under Springpoint Senior Living.  He has responsibility for annual revenues of $200 million and assets of $900 million.  He oversees all operations and works to establish and attain the company's policies, goals, and objectives.  Together with other senior executives, he sets strategy and direction for the company.

Mr. Argondizza joined Springpoint in 1994 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed to President in 2016 and CEO in 2017.

Mr. Argondizza was awarded the Frances Black Humanitarian Award in Healthcare in 2000 and the Lewis M. Parker Humanitarian Award by the Board of Trustees of the Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey in 2009.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History from Upsala College, earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and maintains his New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator license.
